Meditation has been practiced for centuries by spiritual masters and common folk alike. It continues to be practiced today by those seeking to achieve a sense of balance – of overall peace, harmony and well-being. Currently, meditation is also being used as a non-chemical and non-invasive way to improve one’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
Recent peer-reviewed studies have been carried out at a number of major universities and medical centers by both the medical and mental health communities. These studies have shown that meditation is uniquely able to

There are almost as many different ways to meditate as there are people wanting to do so. In other words there is no right or wrong way to meditate. Each person needs to find what method accomplishes the connection he or she is after. Some meditate while walking in nature, others while washing dishes or doing laundry and still others need to be alone in quiet space. No matter what the method all help to achieve a spiritual relationship with the divine.
In order to help facilitate relaxation and spiritual connection (i.e. meditation), I have written several guided Meditation CDs. This came about due to my own inability to simply “clear my mind and meditate” as many have tried to tell me to do. I find it much easier to follow somebody’s comforting voice taking me on a peaceful journey accompanied by soothing music and peaceful nature sounds.
Therefore I have written and recorded my CDs in a way that is structured to guide you through a series of unique meditations – all designed to help you take control of and enrich your life. Each CD focuses on a different topic – whatever Universe decided to highlight at that time. They all, in one way or another, tend to assist you to move forward into your own personal power with ease and grace.
All meditations have been written by Rivian Wolf (with Divine guidance). The meditations were recorded with soothing background music (provided by both human artists and Mother Nature). The assistance of Dan Rocha in the recording process is gratefully acknowledged.
