This CD helps you to connect with each of your seven main chakras. Since each chakra is traditionally associated with a specific color, you will then be guided to bring the power of that particular color into each of your chakras.

Root The root chakra is associated with the color red. This color brings strength and can assist the root chakra in supplying the survival instincts and the will-power necessary to provide for life’s necessities.
Navel The navel chakra is associated with the color orange. This color brings success and helps to define who you are. It assists with changing guilt and shame into power and vitality.
Solar Plexus The solar plexus chakra is associated with the color yellow, bringing confidence. This color provides energy and courage – bringing free will, power, control
Heart The heart chakra is associated with the color green, bringing balance. This color brings health, abundance, love, compassion, forgiveness, fulfillment and happiness. It helps to turn grief and anger into hope and forgiveness.
Throat The throat chakra is associated with the color blue. This color brings communication, self-expression, wisdom, inspiration, creativity and inner strength. It helps change feelings of judgment and criticism into ones of faith and knowledge.
Third Eye The third eye chakra is associated with the color indigo. This color brings inner peace and helps to achieve a balance between intellectual ability and emotional intelligence – while enhancing ones psychic perceptions.
Crown The crown chakra is associated with the color violet. This color brings a sense of well-being, wisdom, peace of mind, faith in oneself, spirituality, cosmic consciousness and alignment with the Divine.
Integration This last track integrates all the colors of the rainbow into your chakras one last time. You are then guided to release these vibrant colors along with their attributes out into your aura – as well as into the world around you. It can also be used when time is short to give your chakras a quick boost of energy.
